Chinese Garuda (Suzhou, China) depicts a Chinese street cleaner on his three wheeled vehicle. The man wearing bright yellow riding in a cart with its large, seemingly bird-like, tail feathers reminded me of Hindu images of Vishnu riding Garuda found in Nepal and India.
